Build elite-level match fitness with the GAA Engine, an 8-week conditioning plan designed specifically for Gaelic football and hurling players in the off-season or pre-season.
Train 3 days per week with a balance of 2 running sessions and 1 off-feet fitness session to develop your:
• Aerobic base – build lasting endurance for 70+ minutes of high-intensity play
• Speed endurance – sustain repeated sprints and recover faster between efforts
• Running technique – move more efficiently and reduce fatigue
Every session is structured for progression across 8 weeks, with demo videos, pacing guidance, and performance tracking built in so you can monitor improvement week to week.
